February. It is a month that is just a flurry of emotions of both good and bad.
Good for those who celebrate love and bad just because.But during this month, the whole atmosphere changes and we suddenly see many reds and pinks everywhere. And all of
these is just because of one event.

Valentines Day.

Valentines Day is a great excuse to be sappy and cheesy and just plain lovey-dovey to
your special someone. Unfortunately, I don't feel it yet. It must be because most of us are experiencing hell-week. But this hell-week doesn't stop the flurry of Valentine's day. I see some people tweeting or facebook-ing about it from time to time. There are also events from different orgs that celebrate Valentines like MISA's Cupid messenger and PEERS' Love Ko Talk 2012.

But what is the simple joy of this day? For those who have a girlfriend of boyfriend
it's probably a really good day for them since they can celebrate it with someone but what
about those who are unfortunately alone?

I think that celebrating Valentines alone is not that bad, it's actually quite enjoyable
since you get to have a day/date with yourself. I know it sounds so forever alone
but think about it. At least you don't have to stress yourself thinking of the perfect
Valentines gift or date for your special someone.

So for those couples, have fun! For the alone, be optimistic!

(because really, it's a day about love in general, not about the couples or the romance)
